The Orchard Lake Pirates Hockey Club is Pleased to announce the following Playoff Tournies at Orchard Lake St. Mary's.  Including:

 

March 5th to March 8th - Midget AA State Finals (Including Host - OLP Midget AA)

March 12th to March 15th - Midget A State Finals

1.  Hotels - All out of town teams must stay at one of the four hotels designated.  The OLPHA has been provided great rates, please support the tourney.  Visit our website for more info.

 

2.  Team Fee's - Team fee for each participant team = $900.00.  Payable to Orchard Lake Pirates Hockey Club.  Please mail to:

3.  Ad's for our program are due by 2/25 at the latest.  Please see form that is available on our website at downloads.   Please include with your ad request: Check ($125, $75 or $35 plus additional $125.00 for radio ad.)   Also

 

A.  Please forward your ad electronically to Mike Evans at maevans60@comcast.net.  

B.  Please mail check to same address above.

C.  All copy should be black/white.

4.  Please get your roster, logo and team picture to Mike Evans, ASAP via email.

 

5.  Semi Finals and Finals will be simulcast on internet.  Link to follow.  

 

6.  TEAMS:   If you are interested in a team meal (Friday Evening or Saturday/Sunday morning) please contact Bill Macdonald in concessions at:  bill@mackvending.com     Bill can provide you with a complete team meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner).   Must be ordered in advance with headcount and payment.   OLSM can provide a banquet area for the meals during most of the weekend (there are some times banquet area is not available).

 

7.  Orchard Lake St. Mary's Choir will be providing National Anthem on Sundays before final game.

 

8.  Get an Edge Proshop is available for all of your hockey needs including skate sharpening, sticks, protective equipment etc.  Please contact Steve at:    steve@getinlinehockey.com 

 

9.  A hospitality area for the coaches, tourney staff and MAHA will be available.

 

10.  There are a few restaruants in the area that an accommadate large groups.  Please contact Mike Evans at:  maevans60@comcast.net  for a list of establishments.

 

 

Reminders:

 

1.  While using the OLSM facility, please keep in mind that this is a brand new facility.   We love our rink, please have your players respect it.

 

2.  Off Limits - Please remind your parents, spectators and players that the North side of the running track (above the rink surface) is off limits during games.  There is no protective netting on that side of the rink so spectators must stay on each end of the rink track or the south side of running track during games.
