COACHES Registration forms
Please go to DOWNLOADS and read the directions under the Coaches Registration forms. Complete all forms and registrations and bring all forms to your Team Manager by August 15th. Also go to usahockeyregistration.com and register yourself as a 2009-20010 coach. This will cost you $35. Pleas bring a print-out of your registration form to your Team Manager by August 15th. |
